All packages are provided by SCM Consulting and Management Services Limited and are subject to our terms and conditions. All prices exclude VAT. A 12-month minimum term applies, with two months payable upfront (covering your first and final month) and 30 days written notice to cancel after the minimum term.

After signing up, you complete a short setup form with your business name, services, contact details and any photos or social media links you want included.
3. We build and launch your site
We aim to have your website live within 10 working days of receiving your information. We send you a draft to review, with up to three rounds of review changes included.

How long does it take to build my website?
We aim to have your website live within 10 working days of receiving everything we need from you. The quicker you complete your setup form and send your content, the sooner we can get started.
What do I need to provide?
After signing up you complete a simple setup form. We ask for your business name, the services you offer, your contact details, any photos you would like to use, social media links and your preferred domain name. If you do not have professional photos, we can use suitable stock images where needed.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once you have completed your 12-month minimum term, the website is yours to own. Throughout the managed service you keep ownership of any content and materials you provide, and after the minimum term full ownership of the site passes to you.
Can I make changes once my site is live?
The Starter and Essential packages do not include monthly updates as standard, but you can buy a small update for £10 + VAT whenever you need one. The Professional package includes one small monthly update, such as a text change, image swap or price update. The Premium package includes blog access so you can publish your own content.
Is there a contract?
All packages have a 12-month minimum term. After that you can cancel with 30 days written notice. That 12-month commitment is what lets us offer such a low monthly price.
What is the upfront payment?
When you sign up, two months are taken upfront: one for your first month and one for your final month. After that, you simply pay monthly.
